Where are you located?

We are conveniently located in Pflugerville, TX near North I-35. Our Address is 1315 Grand Ave Parkway Ste 103 Pflugerville, TX 78660.

What are your hours of operation?  

Tuesday- Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. – (we do see clients at 8:30am by appointment only), Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Your website says you are a natural hair boutique. What does that mean?

We specialize in a wide range of natural hairstyles. We can work with nearly all textures including wavy, curly, coily, kinky, transitioning, natural and “not so natural” hair.  Our styling portfolio is extensive. When you come in, you can choose from a wide range of styles, including Haircuts, Color, Highlights, Relaxers, Sisterlocks TM, Locs, Designer Wraps, Press, Keratin Glaze, Pravana Perfection Smooth Out and more.

What forms of payment do you receive?

We take cash, check, debit cards, and almost all credit cards (we do not accept American Express).

I want to make an appointment, but I don’t know what my hair needs! What service do I book for?

The only thing you need to do is tell us you are booking a “first time appointment” and we will work it out for you! During your first appointment your hair will be deep conditioned (. After your hair has been deep conditioned, is free of product, is wet, and in its natural state, your stylists will be able to determine: curl pattern, breakage, shrinkage, straight pieces, etc. Your hair expert will then have a consultation with you explaining the services that fit best for your specific hair type.  It doesn’t matter what stage your hair is currently in, we can accommodate your needs!

How do I book an appointment?

What if I can’t make it to my appointment?

Appointments that need to be rescheduled require 24-hour notice at minimum as a courtesy to your stylist and other customers that can be rescheduled or moved into that time slot.

Do you offer consultations?

Yes. Consultations will be performed along with your scheduled appointment.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my hair appointment?

Yes. For general appointments, please remove any twists, coils, braids and weaves prior to your appointment. Failure to do this may result in additional costs
